Kagura is one of the Nine Wise Men and a yin-yang surgeon known by the epithet "Seven Stars Kagura." For reasons she's kept close to the vest, she became general manager of the Isuzu Federation under the alias Uzume—a cover that lets her operate without revealing her true identity as one of the Nine Wise Men.
Her shikigami naming sense is, well, legendarily bad. She's stuck her summoned creatures with names like Kamekichi, Nyorozo, Pisuke, and Gouta—all of which people who actually know her, including Mira and Solomons, agree are terrible fits. Fans often note she doesn't seem to care one bit about the criticism.
She and Mira have history dating back to the VRMMO era, when they met in person. During that time, Kagura developed an intense obsession with cats that eventually dragged her into what's now known as the Cat Cafe Siege Incident. After reconnecting with Mira in the present day, Kagura returned to the Alkite Kingdom and went back to working under Solomons.
