He works for Nikko Dream Monkeys as an assistant to Yoko, basically her right-hand man in the day-to-day chaos. Yoko's constantly throwing impossible tasks at him and working him hard, but honestly, he's the one who gets her best. Nobody understands what she's actually after like he does.
Back when he was in school, he was deep into theater and had a real knack for comedy—the kind of over-the-top physical stuff that earned him the nickname "the Jim Carrey of Foghorn." (He's pretty proud of that one, self-proclaimed and all.)
