Yuu Arimura started out as the center of the idol group Mr. Doctor, so he was basically already famous as a kid. But then he visited a racetrack for work and got completely hooked—seeing a real race for the first time totally changed his perspective. He decided to go all-in and took the entrance exam for a horse racing school.
He performs under the stage name Yuu Otonashi (音無 優).
