A trainer at Chiyoda Tracen Academy, he's best known for handling two of the facility's most promising horses: Oguri Cap and Mejiro Bravo. He's a laid-back guy who goes by "Cap"—a nickname he eventually passes on to Oguri Cap herself, though he switches to calling her by her full name after the Chukyo Cup. Berno, his other charge, gets the nickname "Bell."
Before landing this gig, he'd hit a rough patch. After getting fired from his previous job, he'd basically checked out—spending his days glued to pachinko machines and horse racing on TV. He's since turned things around, though traces of that easygoing nature still show in how he handles things.
His uncle, Musaka Ginjirou, works as a trainer over at the Central Tracen Academy, so training's in the family.
