Koba's one of the older residents in the housing complex and you'll usually find him hanging around with Taka and Yoshiken. He's got that handyman vibe—back in episode 1 he mentions having fixed basically everything under the sun, from household appliances to actual warships. His wife is in a care facility these days, so they're not living together anymore. Like the rest of the elderly tenants, he's completely soft for Kimi and is always fussing over her.
