Nano Shinonome
A robot built by Hakase who lives with her creator and Sakamoto. She's basically the household's de facto adult—the one actually keeping things running while Hakase tinkers away in her lab.
The thing is, Nano desperately wants to pass as human, but she's got this enormous metal key sticking out of her back that kind of defeats the purpose. Not that it stops her from worrying constantly. Hakase is always tinkering with her, upgrading her systems without asking, which only stresses Nano out more since every modification is basically another "I'm definitely not human" announcement.
