Cyrano was the former King of Margina and Jail's father. He's best known for implementing strict regulations on Freezing Ice—also called Red Stone—after recognizing its environmental impact. This put him at odds with Roxxane, whose opposition to the restrictions sparked ongoing tension between them. Eventually, that disagreement escalated when Roxxane sided with Violet in a plot to assassinate him.
