Jamil Viper is a second-year student and vice head of Scarabia—a position that comes with a lot of baggage, mainly in the form of Kalim Al-Asim. His family has served Kalim's for generations, which means Jamil's been stuck cleaning up after the guy since childhood. Despite his reputation as just Kalim's handler, he's actually way smarter academically than he pretends to be.
His Unique Magic, Snake Whisper, lets him hypnotize multiple people at once, which is pretty powerful. The catch is that overusing it causes him to Blot fast, so there are real limits to what he can pull off with it.
