Wilhomena is a spoiled rich girl from Johto who showed up in the episode "For Crying Out Loud." She's best known for losing her equally bratty Marill—which Misty found and decided she wanted to keep for herself, naturally causing drama.
Like her Pokémon, Wilhomena wasn't exactly known for her emotional maturity and cried pretty easily. But when Misty, Pikachu, and Wilhomena's Marill got separated from the main group, something shifted. While Ash, Brock, and Togepi searched for them, Wilhomena started developing feelings for Brock. Ash and even Togepi seemed pretty surprised by this turn of events. Once she and her Marill were reunited, she headed back home, though not before making it clear she'd like to see Brock again someday.
