Anna is a young woman with waist-length light peach hair and blue eyes. When she uses her Quirk, her hair gradually darkens from the roots outward until it's completely black.
She's haunted by her past. Her Quirk has caused her constant physical suffering, and she's been hunted by the Gollini Family mafia—desperation that once drove her to seek help from a villain just to escape, or even ask Giulio to kill her rather than lose herself to her own power. Giulio remembers her as an emotionless, isolated child. The backlash from her Quirk creates agony in incompatible users and triggers severe seizures in herself.
Her Quirk, "Overmodification," lets her modify anyone's Quirk just by touching them—but only if they're compatible. She can amp up existing abilities or unlock entirely new ones. If someone's incompatible, they get hit with sharp, stinging pain that temporarily incapacitates them. The problem is most people are incompatible.
The real nightmare is that Overmodification is always active. It forces her body into painful seizures that worsen over time. Left unchecked, the Quirk spirals out of control, expanding its range and intensifying its effects. And for any compatible users around her, their Quirks don't just get stronger—they evolve wildly and dangerously.
She appears in the anime during episode 156, among evacuees at U.A.'s residential area, wearing a simple white dress with wide, frilly sleeves.
