Ghali is a minor character from the Pokémon episode "Viva Las Lapras." He's a pirate working as first mate under Captain Crook, and he's completely loyal to his boss—willing to follow orders even when it means getting shot out of a cannon once they run out of ammo. His main job involves manning the ship's cannons, whether they're loaded with regular cannonballs to stop intruders or Poké Balls containing the captain's Tentacruel. When Misty boards their vessel, she ties up both Ghali and Crook and turns them over to Officer Jenny for arrest.
