Chitose has basically devoted her life to Tsukasa ever since he saved her from falling off a cliff when they were kids. She's determined to repay that debt by doing whatever it takes for him—which also means she's pretty protective and doesn't want to see him end up with Nasa. She treats Tsukasa like a sister, genuinely seeing him that way.
Her household includes two maids, Aurora and Charlotte, who help her manage things. Personality-wise, Chitose's a bit all over the place—she can shift from being tough and commanding one moment to whining and complaining the next, sometimes within the same conversation.
