Kang Horyan (formerly Beniamino Ilmar) is best known as one of The Workshop's earliest test subjects—part of their push to develop Living Ignition Weapons. He's an E-Rank Regular who fights as a Spear Bearer, and fans mostly remember him by his nickname, the "Devil of the Right Arm."
He used to run with Team FUG before moving on, and the experiment modifications from his time with The Workshop left a pretty significant mark on who he became as a fighter.
