Unazuki Furuhata (古幡宇奈月, Furuhata Unazuki)—called Elizabeth Hansford or "Lizzie" in the English dub—is Motoki's younger sister. She first shows up in episode 69 as a potential love rival for Mamoru, though that subplot doesn't really go anywhere.
She works as a waitress at the Crown Fruit Parlor, which becomes the Sailor Senshi's main hangout spot during SuperS, basically replacing the arcade and Rei's shrine as their go-to gathering place. She goes to T*A Private Girls School alongside Rei.
Unazuki becomes more prominent starting in episode 94 of Sailor Moon S, where she dreams about her first kiss—a dream that catches Professor Tomoe's attention and makes her a target. From there, she's a regular fixture in SuperS, hanging around Usagi's group pretty consistently. The Amazon Trio even goes after her in one episode.
