When she took her first spy exam at just six years old, she spent the whole time helping other examinees avoid traps instead of focusing on herself. That kindness actually led to a record: 13 spies passed that exam, the highest number ever.
By age eight, she'd already moved on to the silver rank exams, making her the first of her siblings to reach that level. Those exams were brutal and unfair, but Futaba had a plan. She methodically defeated everyone there—not out of arrogance, but to send a clear message to the examiners: if they ever tried anything shady with her younger siblings, they'd regret it. It worked.
