Organization: Port-based outfit headquartered in Barosela
Trigger runs a fairly unconventional operation. Rather than recruiting through normal channels, he identifies war orphans and brings them into the fold, training them up to become capable soldiers and operatives within his organization. It's a system that works—his people are loyal and battle-hardened from young.
His motivations aren't always transparent. At one point, he dispatched an assassin after someone named Ryang-ha, though his actual endgame there remains unclear. He doesn't seem the type to explain himself much.
