An English teacher and Student Council Supervisor at Katagiri High who's basically the school's resident creep. He's constantly mocked by staff and students alike for his obvious interest in female students and generally skeezy behavior. That said, he somehow manages to stay on decent terms with the guys—they don't seem to hold it against him the way everyone else does.
