Monk of Osaka
A Buddhist monk living in Osaka, he's best known for his no-nonsense approach to problems—which frankly makes him the voice of reason among the Pāmen, even when they'd rather not hear it. His pragmatism has gotten the group out of more tight spots than anyone wants to admit. Sure, it sometimes puts him at odds with the others, but that's partly why he's so valuable. While the rest of them are caught up in their own drama, he's the one thinking clearly about what actually needs to happen.
