The Ninjutsu Academy's headmaster is best known as an eccentric genius—formidable in his younger days as a ninja, though these days he runs the school almost entirely on impulse. Whatever idea strikes him tends to become school policy, which the students and staff have learned to endure with varying degrees of patience.
