Asakaze Risa heads up the disciplinary committee, which is pretty ironic considering she's basically a troublemaker who loves stirring things up. She's got this tomboyish way of talking that doesn't exactly scream "authority figure." You'll usually find her hanging out with her friends Miki and Izumi, and the three of them have this whole chaotic energy together—so much so that by season 4, Yukiji started calling them the "Three Idiots" as a running joke. Her family runs a large Shinto temple, which is kind of a wild detail that never really gets explained much in the show.
