One of the four Shisei guarding Kuryuu Island, sent by Bunchu to stop Taikobou before he could reach Seiki. Armed with Kaitenju—a paopei consisting of high-explosive bombs that double as a way for him to fly—he was meant to be a serious obstacle in Taikobou's path.
