Yuu Haruna ended up in Tokyo for high school after his parents got transferred to America for work. He's got three sisters—Hibiki, Maya, and Chitose—and lives with them. He's pretty active on Twitter, constantly posting about whatever's going on in his life.
On his first day, he literally runs into Fuuka on the street. She trips and falls, and since Yuu happens to be standing there with his phone out checking Twitter, Fuuka immediately assumes he was trying to snap a picture of her underwear. She's pissed, grabs his phone, and smashes it. The awkward part? They find out the next day they're in the same homeroom class, so they have to deal with each other whether they like it or not.
