He runs the Nowhere Café and basically lets Hamatora use one of his tables as their unofficial headquarters—which is a pretty sweet deal for them. What's interesting about him is that he has this way of dropping unexpectedly wise advice at random moments, even when you wouldn't necessarily expect it from a café owner. He's the kind of guy who's more observant than he lets on.
