Ms. Shitataare takes over as the Dark Fall's main villain once DoroDoron is out of the picture. She's got this whole ancient Chinese aesthetic going on and specializes in water-based attacks—she can corrupt anything water-related into an Uzainaa. Her name basically translates to "dripping" or "dropping," which fits her whole thing.
According to Moop and Fuup, she's responsible for destroying both the Fountain of Water and the Fountain of Sky, making her a pretty serious threat. She's also shown she can't be trusted, having betrayed Gohyaan at some point. Saki refuses to take her seriously and just calls her "Hanamizu-taare" (a jab at her name using the word for nasal mucus, because Saki's like that).
She's the one who clues everyone in that Michiru and Kaoru are actually still alive and being held at Dark Fall.
