M-24 is a large, muscular guy with purplish skin who dresses in a black fedora, gray turtleneck, black jacket, and dark pants. He comes across as cold and brutal at first glance, but he's actually capable of real compassion and care—especially toward M-21, the only other survivor from their group. The two of them bonded while trying to piece together their comrades' identities, and M-24 even wanted M-21 to call him "older brother," hinting that he may have had younger siblings before everything happened.
M-24 was among the original hundred test subjects (M-1 through M-100) that the Union experimented on. Like M-21, he's considered a failed experiment and relies on Union pills to keep his body from deteriorating. The experiments left him with a minor mind-control ability, which he put to practical use—he helped M-21 build resistance to mind control by repeatedly testing it on him. He could also create and command infected beings.
