Tsukushi
Tsukushi runs the track and field club as its president. She's known for constantly messing with Youto—so much so that she's basically responsible for his whole "Hentai Ouji" reputation. She's also the one who put up that cat statue everyone knows about.
The thing about Tsukushi is her relationship with her younger sister Tsukiko. She's pretty openly obsessed with her, to the point where she's expressed wanting to marry her. It's. a lot, and pretty much defines her character.
