Haruna
Haruna is known as the missing wife of Hyogo Otoo. She's become something of an urban legend—locals have reported seeing her moving through the city via the tunnel system and manholes beneath the streets. How much of this is actual sighting versus rumor is unclear, but the image of her navigating the underground has stuck around.
