Position: Shooting Guard/Small Forward
Tobi's got one of those backstories that hits hard. After his father's death, he and his sister ended up in foster care, but he never connected with his stepfather—there was constant friction, and he struggled to move past the loss. The basketball he carries everywhere is connected to all of that: it was supposed to be a birthday gift from his dad, but he never got it directly. Instead, the people who found his father's body gave it to him three days before his birthday. He's fiercely protective of that ball, and anyone who disrespects it catches his anger.
His sister's his anchor. She's the only person he truly trusts, and he's made her a promise to win the state championship for her.
On the court, Tobi's naturally gifted—his ball handling, dribbling, and jump shot are all elite level. His passion for basketball runs deeper than most people can understand; it's almost like the game keeps him grounded. He eventually joined the team thanks to Sora's persistent efforts and the acceptance of his teammates.
Visually, Tobi bears a striking resemblance to Allen Iverson. He rocks cornrows during games, undoes his hair when he's off the court, and plays with Iverson's signature style: shifty handles, explosive drives to the basket, and incredible speed. The shooting sleeves and tattoos add to the comparison.
