A tengu connected to the Yoinozaka family who became obsessed with Kogarashi after he stepped in to resolve a conflict between the Yoinozaka and the Tenko family. She spent years tracking him down, and when she finally found him again, she resorted to kidnapping and attempting to force him into marriage through some kind of ritual—which didn't work out the way she planned. Kogarashi rejected her, but she's been trying to make up for her actions ever since.
