Harutora's homeroom teacher and a pretty unconventional guy. He comes across as laid-back—way more relaxed than you'd typically expect from someone in his position—which has earned him a reputation for being a bit irresponsible. That said, he actually gives solid advice when students need it, and he's known for pushing back against the school's overly strict policies.
He lost his leg fighting Ashiya Douman and now uses a prosthetic. Before teaching, he was a Magic Investigator and Divine General called "The Shadow," working under Daizen Amami to look into the Twin Horn Syndicate. Eventually he quit that life, took the job as a homeroom teacher at Onmyo Preparatory School, and has stuck around mainly to keep an eye on Natsume.
