Motoko is Moriya's younger sister and a graduate student in robotics engineering at Nerima University, following in her older brother's footsteps. She's got a playful streak and loves getting a rise out of people. While she technically lives on her own, she's pretty comfortable dropping by her parents' place whenever she feels like it—apparently living solo loses its appeal when boredom sets in. She's got that princess energy about her.
