A enigmatic girl dressed in what looks like a military uniform who can slip between worlds at will. She's basically responsible for dragging all those fictional characters into reality—supposedly to stage a revolt against their creators and push them to make their worlds less awful. But that whole story is just a cover; what she's really after is annihilating the real world entirely.
She's got some serious combat abilities too. She can fly and control multiple swords telekinetically, juggling dozens of them at once for both offense and defense. Pretty formidable in a fight.
