Fanta-C World Queen
A royal figure from the Fanta-C World who's best known for two things: accidentally dumping the Fanta-C cards onto Earth, and then dispatching three mascots on a mission to track down three magical girls who could actually deal with the mess she'd created. Basically, she set the whole plot in motion—whether intentionally or not is debatable, but the cards definitely weren't supposed to end up on our planet.
