Omoi is a shinobi from Kumogakure and part of Team Samui, trained directly under Killer Bee alongside his teammates. He's best known for his cautious, methodical approach to combat—he thinks things through before jumping in, which makes him notably more level-headed than the hot-headed Karui. That said, he has a weird habit of catastrophizing minor events into apocalyptic scenarios. When Karui threw a rock at him once, he genuinely worried it would trigger an avalanche and level Konoha. Still, he's genuinely intelligent and respects people who keep their word, even enemies.
In a fight, Omoi is impressively fast—he can zip around the battlefield in seconds. His taijutsu flows smoothly when working with his team, and he's solid with a blade, which fits the typical Kumo combat style. He's usually spotted with a lollipop in his mouth and carries his sword on his back, standard-issue with his Kumo flack jacket.
He's got the dark skin and distinctive spiky white hair you see on most Cloud Village ninja. His name works as a double pun: it sounds like the kanji for "heavy" (contrasting with his teammate Karui, whose name means "light"), and also the kanji for "thought," which reflects his thoughtful personality.
