Tubs hangs around Tall Man as one of his cowboy lackeys. He's pretty much a background character who shows up early in Look Out for Launch, where you catch him chatting with Tall Man at the saloon. When Launch arrives and transforms into her violent form, Tubs gets his butt kicked along with the rest of the gang—nothing special, just generic henchman treatment.
