She serves as the student council secretary and is basically obsessed with Benio—not in a creepy way, but genuinely devoted. When Benio was kind to her after she'd just moved to town, it left a lasting impression. So naturally, she buckled down academically to get into the same school, and then worked her way into the student council specifically to be closer to her idol.
She can't stand Mashiro, mostly because of how tight Mashiro and Benio seem to be. Even when Mashiro goes off complaining about how suffocating Benio's attention is, Konoha won't hear a word against her. No matter what, Benio's basically perfect in her eyes.
