Yakisobapanman's got a pretty unique design—his head's made from bread and yakisoba noodles, and he's decked out in an orange outfit with a big Y on it, a brown hat, green bandana, yellow belt, and red boots and gloves.
Combat-wise, he's all about those sharp spatulas that work like boomerangs. He'll throw one and watch it cut through whatever's in its way before it circles back to him. He's also shown up on horseback with his sister Yakisobakasu, which fans often note adds to his charm as a character.
He first appeared on January 22, 1999, in the episode "Anpanman and Yakisobapanman." His sister didn't show up until the next month in "Anpanman and Yakisobakasu," but the two of them stuck around afterward and became pretty beloved minor characters in the anime.
