Nonota is a shinobi from Sunagakure.
He's best known for his involvement during the Fourth Shinobi World War, where he and his partner Musai ran into the reincarnated Toroi. Musai spotted him first and tried to brief Nonota on what they were dealing with, but things went south before he could finish the explanation. Once Nonota got magnetized by Toroi's abilities, Musai managed to complete the rundown—which didn't exactly calm Nonota's nerves. The two were bailed out by Naruto Uzumaki and Killer B, with Naruto taking down Toroi with a Rasengan. As Toroi regenerated, Nonota stepped up to seal him for good.
In the anime adaptation, there's a lighter moment afterward where Nonota and Musai briefly suspect each other of being a White Zetsu in disguise, before the obvious clicks—whoever attacked them wanted both of them dead, so they had to be on the same side. They laugh it off, but then Musai decides to mess with Nonota by pretending to be a White Zetsu himself. Nonota doesn't find it as funny and slashes his nose with a kunai.
