Iggy's Petshop Owner
He runs Iggy's Petshop, where Kazu ended up living after being reincarnated as a dog. Things got awkward fast—Kirihime showed up and literally threatened him with scissors until he agreed to sell her Kazu. Ever since that incident, he gets visibly nervous whenever Kirihime walks past his shop.
It's implied he's mixed heritage, with Japanese and African descent on his Western side.
