Shouta's the main character of World's End Harem, a third-year student at Keimon West Private High School. What makes him special—and basically the whole point of the story—is that he's one of only five people on the planet who can actually resist the MK Virus. That immunity is kind of a big deal when a pandemic wipes out most of humanity.
He's got a piano skill going for him and gravitates toward energetic, crowded environments. Honestly, beyond that, his defining trait is just being one of the rare survivors with natural resistance to a world-ending plague, which puts him at the center of everything that happens in the series.
