Nekobaa is an elderly woman living in an abandoned city alongside her granddaughter Tamaki. She operates a supplies shop that once served the Uchiha clan and shares her home with numerous cats—some of them able to talk, like Denka and Hina.
When Sasuke Uchiha stops by to stock up on provisions for his team Hebi, Nekobaa reflects on watching him and Itachi grow up, reminiscing about the days when the two brothers were just "little kittens." She expresses disbelief and sadness over how their relationship has deteriorated to the point where they now seek to kill each other.
