Louanna Astrea is the wife of Heinkel Astrea and mother of Reinhard van Astrea. When Reinhard was just two years old, she fell into a mysterious condition called Sleeping Beauty—and she's been asleep ever since, completely unchanged all these years. Ferris examined her at some point and concluded she didn't actually require treatment. She's now been in this state for 17 years.
