Konomi's got reddish-brown eyes and auburn hair she keeps tied back in a ponytail with a black or blue band. Her Anti-Demon Corps uniform is customized more like a martial artist's getup—sleeveless vest over a black undershirt, blue obi, and red or yellow fighting gloves.
She comes across as energetic and genuinely kind, with a respectful attitude toward everyone around her, including senior disciples like Kyouka. Notably, she doesn't have that dismissive thing some people do toward men; she was totally willing to help Yuuki out and offer him water without making it weird. What really stands out is how seriously she takes training—she's diligent about it. She's also curious to a fault, which led to her kissing a classmate just to figure out why Kyouka seemed so into it with Yuuki.
Konomi was scouted young and basically fast-tracked through the ranks to become the Anti-Demon Corps's youngest chief ever. Before that, she trained under the previous 1st Unit Chief, Riu Myouga, as Vice Chief and became one of her standout disciples. She inherited the position and is still the only chief actively attending high school, which is pretty wild when you think about it.
