Ibarra is an ibarakidouji—a type of oni yo-kai, just like her brother Rintarou. She's got long, mint-blue hair styled in a loose braid and matching blue eyes, with two horns sprouting from her forehead. She typically wears a red kimono decorated with flower patterns and keeps her nails polished red. Her earrings are rose-shaped with braided tassels dangling from them.
Like Rintarou, one of her eyes has a black sclera, which she hides behind her hair. These days she gravitates toward sweaters and skirts, though she owned several colorful kimonos when she was younger.
