Dahlia
Dahlia served as the second Fairy King, stepping into the role after Gloxinia defected to the Demon Clan. Gerheade worked alongside him as an assistant during this period. He was apparently known to Meliodas, though the nature of their connection isn't elaborated.
What stands out about Dahlia's reign is mainly what he didn't do—he had zero interest in the Holy War and actively avoided getting pulled into Stigma. That neutrality was pretty much his whole thing. Eventually he just vanished without any real explanation, and Harlequin took over as king after him.
