Isla is a hyperactive graffiti artist from South America who lives pretty much alone—except for her phantom hands, Amanda, who she's somehow managed to build a genuine, trusting bond with. When it comes down to it, though, she's legitimately dangerous. She'll weaponize Amanda and her spray cans without hesitation against anyone foolish enough to cross her.
On the surface, Isla's got that bright, cheerful energy that draws people in. But there's a real mean streak when it comes to Shun'ei, rooted in jealousy over the fact that he's got better relationships with positive adult figures in his life. They're both stuck with Amplified Specters, which makes the resentment sting even more.
That said, her hatred of adults isn't absolute. She actually respects a small handful of them—specifically the ones who stay genuinely positive and well-regarded, like Terry Bogard. She's also got respect for Tizoc, even back when he was operating under his King of Dinosaurs gimmick. If you've got your heart in the right place and carry yourself with real integrity, Isla will give you a chance.
