Kimie is a character who appeared in Extreme Pokémon! (EP230). She lives in Eggseter with her husband Mr. Shellby, who runs the Shellby Ranch.
When the group first arrives at the ranch, Kimie is holding an Elekid Egg. She's knowledgeable about Pokémon breeding and spends time talking with Brock about it while Ash prepares for the Extreme Pokémon Race that she and Mr. Shellby are hosting.
The race itself gets pretty eventful—Team Rocket's balloon crashes onto the ranch mid-competition, accidentally releasing an Arcanine from their net. After Ash takes down Team Rocket and takes first place, Mr. Shellby gives him a Phanpy Egg as a prize. Kimie and her husband wave goodbye as Ash and the others head out.
