Kyoka Sumeragi
The OSF's commanding officer and Yuito's older brother. He's totally committed to fulfilling Yakumo Sumeragi's vision: wiping out the remaining human population on the Moon. To make that happen, he's willing to use Yuito as a tool to get the job done. He also drops a major bombshell on Yuito—revealing that Yakumo is actually still alive, cryogenically preserved deep within Suoh's facilities.
Once the Kunad Gate shuts down, Kyoka gets arrested. He's facing trial for crimes against humanity.
