Kuon Ohara
Kuon is Rinne's mother, though she's pretty much a total shut-in who never leaves the house. She's always got her hood up, covering herself completely, and she doesn't really talk to people directly—instead, she communicates by writing notes with a little heart mark on them. It's her signature way of getting her point across, which honestly fits her whole hermit vibe pretty well.
