Lujon is a one-off character from episode 35, an alchemist Lust ran into years before the main story. Envy spotted him as useful—someone who could help them manufacture a Philosopher's Stone. The Homunculi deliberately infected his village with the Fossil Disease, and Lust handed him a Red Stone ring as a supposed cure. The problem: Lujon fell for her, and she actually reciprocated, which was a problem for a creature that wasn't supposed to feel anything. He reminded her of Scar's brother, the person who created her, which dredged up uncomfortable human emotions she'd buried.
When they crossed paths again, Lust killed him to clean up the mess—to undo the mistake of letting him get tangled up with the Homunculi in the first place. His death sealed the village's fate; without him alive, everyone there succumbed to the disease. Gluttony wanted to eat the body afterward, but Lust refused to let him.
In the English dub, Lujon invokes Ishballa, the Ishballan God, and frequently prays during alchemy, giving him a bit more spiritual dimension than the original version.
His design mirrors Scar's brother from the manga.
